Shipping & Delivery
Kitty Rose Couture offers FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING AUSTRALIA WIDE for all orders over $99.00. All orders under $99.00 will incur $15 flat fee within Australia. Within Australia, we use Australia Post for deliveries. Delivery within 2 - 5 business days for orders placed by 2:00 P.M. Monday - Friday (For in-stock items only). Allow two additional days for locations outside of metropolitan areas. Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and Kitty Rose Couture will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Orders are subject to availability.
For international shipping, please contact us directly to arrange a quote - shop@kittyrosecouture.com.au  Please note that international shipping does not come with tracking as a standard service.  You can however request international express or registered shipping at an additional cost.  All rates are as per the Australia Post current rates. 
Privacy & Security
Your privacy is very important to us.
Kitty Rose Couture is committed to protecting your personal information. We recognise your right to privacy and treat your personal information as private and confidential. We will not disclose this information to others without your consent, unless required to by law.
Kitty Rose Couture requests your information in order to facilitate your order. We may request contact information, and financial information. Your security is our highest priority and all information received is treated with strict confidence.
The contact information
Information, like your name and addresses, contained in the Kitty Rose Couture order form is used to ship your order to you. Contact information may also be used to get in touch with the customer during the course of the transaction. Should you agree, Kitty Rose Couture would also like to contact you in the future, to keep you up to date with our new products and promotions.
The financial information
Information is used to bill the customer for our products and services. If you elect to pay online using your credit card, your card details are not viewed by us or by any person except you at any time during the transaction. They are encrypted and passed directly to our payment gateway provider, PayPal. PayPal process the payment and will do all the security checks on the transaction; passing on any information relating to suspected fraudulent activity to relevant authorities. We do not disclose our customer details or credit card information to outside parties.
We reserve the right to use various details to verify information given to us by our customers. At times, we may use names on member accounts to compare with information on credit cards. We use member phone numbers and email addresses provided to us to communicate with customers about payments. We may also use member addresses to check against credit card billing addresses. This is done only to facilitate a safe and smooth transaction for you, the customer.

Returns & Replacements
Kitty Rose Couture will only issue a refund if goods are deemed faulty upon assessment or if stock is unavailable at the time of purchase. FAULTY ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE TO RECEIVE A REFUND. We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases, incorrect sizing or accidental ordering. If you accidently order twice by refreshing your order in checkout you will be issued a credit note for the amount of your order.
If you are not delighted with the products that you have chosen you may exchange them within 14 days of receipt of online purchase (7 days if purchased in store). We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange when the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. We cannot accept items for an exchange if the goods are not in perfect condition or it is obvious to us that the goods have been used or washed. If the item you wish to receive is sold out you have the option of a store credit to be spent within three months.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing choice.
There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges on underwear, swimwear, makeup or earrings.
No refunds or exchanges will be given on SALE items so please choose carefully.
If you cannot resist our styles and you must have, 'Add To Bag'. Should you wish to order one for a friend, enter the number in the "Qty" box. Your shopping bag will automatically update for you. To review your freight charge, select your country from the dropdown list.
When you are satisfied with your order, proceed to checkout by clicking 'Checkout'. Follow the checkout process, and when you have finished we will email an order confirmation to you. Please note that payment is automatic. If there is a problem with the payment, your order will not be processed. Please either try again or contact our customer service support team at shop@kittyrosecouture.com.au.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Please note that all prices are displayed in Australian dollars. For your ease and convenience, there are two options available to pay for your order: Using your credit card is secure and convenient. We will accept your Visa & MasterCard payments through our easy to use and secure payment system. Or checkout with PayPal, by simply following the PayPal login prompts to complete the transaction. Any unpaid orders will be cancelled after 48hrs.
Kitty Rose Couture will not be liable for processing fees and charges incurred from your financial institution.
In special circumstances we also accept payment via direct deposit into our bank account. If you would like to pay with using this method, please contact us at shop@kittyrosecouture.com.au
Viewing Orders
It’s easy to check the status of your order! Just sign in with your username and password and go to My Orders on the left hand side to get a summary of any orders you have placed. You’ll see your order number and the date the order was placed, the status of the order and package tracking information for items that have shipped. If you choose to view the order details of an order, you’ll see additional information including the products purchased, any discounts received and postage costs. You can print this view out as this is your invoice.
Updating Account Information
If at any time you need to update your account information, simply log in using your current user name and password. This will bring you to the Account Dashboard. Click on the Edit button next to any field you wish to edit. Once you have edited your information, be sure to hit save. The Account Dashboard also allows to to change your password and manage delivery addresses.
